Product ManagerResearcher

Every product starts long before the first line of code, with a question someone hasn’t answered yet. I’ve spent 7+ years chasing those questions, and I keep finding the same thing: the answer is rarely new. It’s already hidden in the market, in the data, or in what customers keep telling you. The product managers who win are the ones who find it first.

I learned this from three sides of the table. At Tracxn, I saw it as investors do: I tracked 1,000+ startups, led a team of four, and won the Star Researcher Award for spotting the business models that would last. At Alohaa, I became the builder: I worked with the founder and leadership to ship 10 major features across a business calling platform and Doosra, its consumer privacy app, cutting time-to-market by 30%. At Zabeel International, I met the customer face to face: I guided 2,000+ professionals into the right programs and delivered 150% of my revenue target, over AED 1M in a year.

Today I bring those three views into one practice. I study markets like an investor, read data like an analyst and listen like a founder. A Master’s in Computer Applications gives me the technical depth, and certifications in product management and project management (PMP®) give me the discipline to deliver. What drives it all is curiosity, so I write here to share what I find and help more builders spot the problems worth solving.
